The purpose of the form is to assist Prime Contractors bidding on DOT projects in locating and possibly contracting with DBE subcontractors. This mechanism also gives a snapshot of what Primes are actually searching for DBE firms. The process will also allow the ADOT DBE Supportive Services Program Manager to assist in this search by notifying DBE contractors of the Prime's interest in a project and assist the DBE firms to locate a Prime Contractor to team with.
